FORMCEAL 3000X offers a unique combination of mechanical and physical characteristics, such as shape stability and high strength, as well as a limited although uniform, thermal deformation.
FORMCEAL 3000X has a low resistance to ultra violet light. It must therefore be protected from direct sunlight.
FORMCEAL 3000X is made from two structural components:
Obtained from selected bitumen modified with SBS and high tack resins. This special compound has been formulated, improved and adapted to attain controlled adhesion, allowing easy installation, without immediately sticking fast to the substrate. The membrane achieves final adhesion only after a few minutes and this allows FORMCEAL 3000X to be repositioned if necessary.
HDPE Protective Film
A cross laminated HDPE film to the bitumen component. The film gives FORMCEAL 3000X its mechanical and physical characteristics, such as heat stability, shape stability and chemical resistance. The self-adhesive surface of the membrane is protected by a silicone coated release paper that is strong and will not tear easily.

Able to resist hydrostatic pressure if adequately supported.
Can be installed without using open flames and all of the problems associated with this system. Ideal for application to heat sensitive insulation panels.
Contains a protective polymer film that is highly resistant to acids, alkalis and other pollutants.
Flexibility and Adaptability
Adapts easily to irregularly shaped surfaces and will stretch without breaking or cracking.
Has a range, which incorporates a polypropylene mesh protection, enabling it to be used in road construction where it is subjected to high elongation and penetration.
Able to self-seal on contact, if installed using nails or other fasteners or even if cut accidentally.
Reliable and economical, and is the practical and ideal solution for vertical walls, foundations and tanking.
Manufactured using high technology machinery, which constantly monitors their thickness. The films and synthetic materials are manufactured to the highest specifications and quality control requirements.
